“Moved here in January of 2020! Hands down the best apartment community I have ever lived in! Its near EVERYTHING! Grounds are clean. I have had NO incidences of bugs, rodents, neighbors stealing packages etc. I point that out specifically, because I do not play about that type of stuff!
My packages have always been delivered on time with no mix-ups. Parking is always available. The residents are friendly. The office staff are wonderful. I probably bothered them more than they bothered me and that’s only because I kept calling to figure out when the gym would be open (covid-19).
I am getting ready to renew my lease and am contemplating moving from a 2 bedroom/1 bath to a 2 bedroom/2 bath. I was looking at other places, simply because the floor plan for the 2br/2ba is weird; the master bedroom has to be shared with guests and the extra bedroom does not. However, I read reviews of other nearby places and they seriously terrify me. So, im going to stay!

“Absolutely wonderful place to live. We hate to have to move across the country for work and will miss this place very much. The view is breathtaking. The pool and gym are actually well designed and motivate exercise. The grill and lounge areas around the pool are also very nice. The unit itself is very nice and feels modern with a homey touch. The business center is also well designed and a pleasure to use. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. ☺️”

“Hands down the BEST apartments I’ve ever rented. Highlands at Olde Raleigh is in a great location with quick access to main highways and downtown Raleigh, in a safe area, and fairly priced rent. In my 2 years living here I never had any issues with noisy neighbors which is also a big positive, its a very quaint community.
What has impressed me the most is the friendliness of the property manager Beth Hayes and her staff. After only a few office visits the staff has always remembered my name and even recalled things like my pets and where I work. The little things like this is what shows they really care about their tenants.”
“Wonderful complex! Clean, reasonably priced, and the people are so nice, helpful, and very understanding. Any time I have needed something, they are right on top of it. The pool, gym, and grounds are perfectly maintained. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Cannot recommend more highly!”
