Highlands' VIP card is a personalized card for each apartment home which is given to all new residents upon their  move-in. This card entitles each resident to receive valuable discounts at many local shops and restaurants. Simply present your VIP card to the local merchant and you will receive selected discounts and benefits.

The list of merchants participating in the VIP Program is always expanding. Our list of merchants includes specialty shops, florists, hair salons, workout facilities, the list goes on...
